Our connection with the Sublime is our foundation for all other relationships. Concepts, beliefs and illusions are but ripples reflecting this primary relationship. When we transcend our mental and physical limitations, we move to the Divine Ground, becoming the Atman within the infinite order of Creation. Within this sublime experience, the molecular technologies of existence may be revealed. In the radiance of these illuminations, we comprehend the underlying forces. In the resonant sensibility of interlinking chords, a certain intelligence arises, the gentleness of integrated comprehension. Krishnamurti says, ‘It is not important to discuss what lies beyond, because we are discussing a thing which is unconditioned with a conditioned mind.’ This seeing through and into makes me think of us as mind explorers diving into the atoms of the ocean floor, then peering up into myriad sunlit realities. We trespass the mere appearance of something, seeing into its root with vision, the illumination of deeper comprehension. Ultimately, we come to understand that all descriptions are arbitrary; the incessant, miraculous flow of life is all that is. As Matthew Flickstein says, ‘It is not that everything is impermanent but that impermanence is the only ‘thing’ that there is.’ It was this understanding to which Rabbi David Cooper was pointing when he declared God to be a verb, and it is in this same light that we find resolution for the most profound enigmas of life. There is only what is, but now life has remembered itself and consciously embodies the paradox of its own creation. Life lives life, and knows it. When you awaken to your true nature, your oneness with life, you watch all activities of your body/mind occur spontaneously, knowing them to be the manifestations of life.
